Looking For Team Building Activities For Leaders and Executives?

Momentum Makers is the team building event specifically designed for leaders and executives who want to boost their team’s collaboration, communication and problem solving skills. This event will also help in enhancing the overall team’s motivation and also helps them in balancing work life culture. Main aim of this event is to create a cohesive team that can work effectively and efficiently together to achieve the goals.

The events consist of a series of activities :- Problem Solving, Communication, Trust Building, and Leadership in order to boost teamwork and develop leadership qualities among team members, so that they can work effectively towards achieving their goals.

In this event a total of 4-6 activities will be hosted by our artists in order to enhance the motivation and team building qualities among the executives. Number of participants who can participate in this event can be between 20-200. Activities which our artist will going to host in this event are as follows:-

Team Warm Up Energizer :- This activity will be hosted in order to make our participants more active at the beginning of the session. It is specially designed to invigorate groups, raising energy levels, boosting their confidence and overall motivation. The duration of this activity will be for 10 minutes.

Toxic Waste or Bomb Removal Team Building Activity :- The purpose behind hosting this team building activity is to simulate team building activity. This activity is designed to promote teamwork, communication, collaboration, problem solving skills and develop leadership qualities among team members. This activity will be hosted for 20 minutes.

The Pyramids : Simulation Team Building Activity :- This team building activity is a symbol of teamwork and this activity is specifically designed for team members to overcome the challenges. The duration of this activity will be for 40 minutes.

Caterpillar Bulldozer : Team Building Activity :- In order to win this game, all the participants are required to work together which will develop team building, team management qualities among them. This activity will be conducted for 20 minutes.

Prioritization Team Building Activity : Lost at Sea :-  The Lost at Sea team building activity is a great way to improve priority skills among the team members. In this way they will also learn to set priorities at their workplace also. This activity will be hosted by our artists for 20 minutes.

The Blind Snake : Non Verbal Communication Challenge :-  This team building activity focuses on non verbal communication. The objective of this activity is to enhance the non verbal communication among participants. This activity will be conducted for 25 minutes.

While performing all these challenging activities, this will require all the participants to think creatively, communicate effectively, and collaborate with their team members to solve complex problems. Through these activities, participants will learn to trust each other and also understand the strengths and weaknesses of the team.

By the end of the event, participants will have a deeper understanding of their team member’s  strengths and weaknesses, better communication skills, improved problem-solving abilities, and increased trust and collaboration among team members. This will help them to become more effective leaders and achieve greater success in their roles.
